Donna was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2006 and has a broad civil litigation practice, representing individuals, businesses, and institutions in a wide range of legal disputes. She has significant experience in estate litigation, elder rights, complex commercial disputes, and administrative law matters.

She has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in British Columbia, including the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, and Provincial Court. Donna has acted in high-stakes estate disputes, trust and incapacity litigation, and civil claims involving professional liability and contractual disputes. She has also worked extensively in the protection of vulnerable adults, obtaining the first-ever permanent restraining order under Part 3 of the Adult Guardianship Act. Her experience in this area has led to speaking engagements for legal professionals, including presentations to lawyers and judges on adult protection orders.

Donna takes a practical, client-focused approach, working to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively while providing strong advocacy.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Donna earned her law degree from Dalhousie University. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her dog and exploring British Columbia’s natural beauty.
