Donna was called to the British Columbia bar in 2006.  Her practice is litigation based, with a focus in Estate Litigation and Insurance Defence.

Donna has acted as counsel in matters in British Columbia before the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and Provincial Court.  She has acted for health authorities to protect vulnerable adults being abused or neglected and obtained the first ever, permanent restraining Order under Part 3 of the Adult Guardianship Act.  She has presented to other lawyers and judges on the topic of obtaining such orders.

Donna was born and raised in Vancouver and earned her law degree at Dalhousie University.  In her down time, she enjoys hiking with her dog and tending to her gourmet cheese shop located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
