Prabhjot Pandher

Prabhjot was born and raised in Surrey, British Columbia. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia and attended law school at the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2017.

Prabhjot joined Affleck Hrabinsky Burgoyne LLP in 2019. She maintains a litigation practice with a particular focus on family law, including parenting issues, child and spousal support, property division, protection issues, and other disputes arising from separation. She works with clients to identify the issues that require immediate attention, assess practical options, and pursue resolutions that are proportionate to the family, financial, and personal interests at stake.

In addition to her family law practice, Prabhjot assists clients with general civil litigation and debt collection matters. Her civil litigation work includes helping clients respond to claims, pursue recovery of unpaid debts, enforce payment obligations, and resolve disputes through negotiation, court applications, or trial where necessary.

Prabhjot has represented clients in both the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. She brings a practical, direct, and client focused approach to her work, helping clients understand the litigation process, assess their options, and move toward effective resolution.

Prabhjot is fluent in Punjabi.

Outside of work, Prabhjot enjoys travelling, hiking, watching the Canucks, and spending time with her family and friends.
